And I didn't find an option to block a kext in Clover config.Right now I'm wondering if putting NVDAStartupWeb to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.11 will get PC with 980Ti work.
TOSHIBA WIRELESS MOUSE N554 DRIVERS FOR MAC PC
Hi fantomas1,Thanks,I like the idea to block only NVDAStartupWeb and removing only this kext from S/L/E on PC with 9600GT got it work.I tried to block kext in Clover and enter NVDAStartupWeb and NVDAStartupWeb.kext, but Block kext option didn't work. I booted without kext cache and have Clover version 3330.

GeForce 9600 GT is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface. Display outputs include: 2x DVI, 1x S-Video. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 650 MHz, memory is running at 900 MHz.Being a single-slot card, the NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT draws power from 1x 6-pin power connector, with power draw rated at 95 W maximum. NVIDIA has paired 512 MB DDR3 memory with the GeForce 9600 GT, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. It features 64 shading units, 32 texture mapping units and 16 ROPs. The G94 graphics processor is an average sized chip with a die area of 240 mm² and 505 million transistors. Even though it supports DirectX 11, the feature level is only 100, which can be problematic with many DirectX 11 & DirectX 12 titles. Built on the 65 nm process, and based on the G94 graphics processor, in its G94-300-A1 variant, the card supports DirectX 11.1. The GeForce 9600 GT was a mid-range graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in February 2008. This package supports the following driver models:NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT.
